OUR EMERGENCY RESPONSE
Emergency services: HBS National Corporation understands the importance of an emergency response team. HBS is accustomed to the disasters of climatic condition or mechanical failure all of which can wreak havoc on a facility, if left unattended. HBS National Corporation has developed a simple efficient and effective call out schematic designed for these events each call can be described as a 360o degree chain of events. The customer will start the event by calling the site manager whom will call his supervisors the supervisors call out their employees once contact has been established the supervisor will call the site manager with the accomplishments of success. The site manager will then call the customer and inform them of the call out status and potential arrival time to the facility. The telephone calls are made from the sites call out roster to the employee stand by or ride out team. These employees are selected by experience and their willingness to participate in emergence recovery conditions. They are placed on our emergency call out roster which is update monthly.
